​As a holistic practice we look at the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of well-being. Our approaches combine talk therapy with techniques like mindfulness, meditation, somatic/bodywork and energy work with the goal of promoting self-awareness, healing and balance in all areas of life. 

We are trauma informed, attachment based and relational in our approach.  This means that we understand the impact of adversity on the mind, body and spirit, especially wounding that occurs in childhood and disrupts secure attachment.  We know that safety within and between is paramount for healing and growth and thus work hard to stay in contact with our own heart qualities in order to hold space for you to access yours.
